I had a really lovely experience at Serenity. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Everyone is kind, professional, and always ready to help, which makes such a difference.
I also tried their placenta injections with Dr. Alexei, and I was very impressed. I found them incredibly beneficial for recovery and overall well-being — I felt more regenerated and noticed a clear reduction in inflammation.

I had a wonderful experience at Serenity Holistic Medical Clinic. After a long and exhausting flight, I was feeling terribly dehydrated and completely drained. I came in for IV therapy, and the medical service I received was exceptional.
The staff were professional, caring, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. After the IV therapy, I felt refreshed, rehydrated, and genuinely back to my best.

I had a thread lift done today on my jawline and chin area (just one on each side for a little lift of internal confidence) at Serenity in Swieqi and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr Alexey was fantastic; very thorough, clean, precise, and calm throughout the whole treatment, which made me feel completely comfortable and reassured.
The clinic itself is spotless, professional, and welcoming, and every member of staff was lovely from start to finish. You can really tell they care about both the experience, their clients and the results.
I highly recommend Serenity to anyone considering aesthetic treatments, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I went to this Italian osteopath for treatment for Tennis Elbow about three weeks ago and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was extremely small and had an unpleasant smell, which already made the visit uncomfortable.
What concerned me most was that instead of focusing mainly on my tennis elbow, the osteopath focused on cracking and adjusting my neck and back. The following day, I developed lower back pain, something I did not have before the session.
I was also disappointed that the osteopath immediately recommended 3–4 sessions, which honestly felt more like an attempt to condition me into ongoing treatment.
After that experience, I went for a physio session at a different clinic, and the difference was huge. The physiotherapist focused properly on the issue, was professional, and after the session simply told me: “See how you feel first, all should be good.” That approach felt much more honest and reassuring.
The osteopath at Serenety charged me €100, while the physio session at the different clinic cost €45.

From the very friendly receptionist Ms.Lidiya, the Ofc Manager Ms.Natasha and Dr A/aesthetician that helped me.. I think this clinic deserved a 5 star rating.
I only have been once to help with my hormonal acne treatment so I am looking forward for see them again.

I went to get my dark circles removed, they made me pay 250€ and the results are not visible, I still have the same dark circles as before and they were extremely unpolite when I told them I was unsatisfied with the result, DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC BY ANY MEANS.

Extremely comfortable process with friendly and helpful staff from the Receptionists to the Doctors and nurses! Having a huge needle phobia, I was expecting that IV therapy will be a very difficult procedure for me. However, the Doctor and the nurses administering my drip made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I love the atmosphere at the Clinic, efficiency, and all health benefits that come from my IV experience. Thank you all!!! I will definitely be back.

I was given the wrong diagnosis. I paid money for the appointment and bought medications that I don’t need and are possibly harmful. Dr. Kadim, being a urologist, decided to make a diagnosis from a fertility specialist and he was wrong. I tried to contact the management of the clinic, but roughly speaking, they sent me away. It’s very unpleasant that they don’t even admit their obvious mistake. But I'm not going to give up, if they do this to me, expect a backlash.
